Dr. G. Larry Pearson, Pastor Dr. Pearson has thirty-five years of Pastoral experience and has been pastor at Temple for the past 21 years. He has a Bachelor's Degree in Christian Education, a Master's Degree in Ministry, and a Doctor of Divinity Degree in Theology. He serves as Vice President of Society for Europe's Evangelization, a mission board that appoves and sends missionaries to European countries. He is also on the executive counsel of Baptist International Outreach that approves and sends missionaries to various countries around the world. Dr. Pearson has served as Christian school Administrator for sixteen years while remaining active in the pastorate. Under Dr. Pearson's leadership, Temple Baptist Church has experienced growth each year in all phases of church life. The attendance averaged sixty-five when Dr. Pearson came as pastor twenty years ago and has grown to an average of seven hundred in Sunday morning worship. The Sunday School that was averaging in the forty to fifty ranges is now averaging four hundred seventy-five, with a record high of six hundred twenty nine. The tithes and offerings in 1989 were $44,000 and in 2008 total offerings were $1,327,545. During these twenty years the church has experienced constant growth due to a warm and caring fellowship and the compassionate leadership of our pastor. |

Gordon Taylor, Assistant Pastor Brother Taylor has been in the ministry for fifty-three years and pastored most of those years until coming to Temple seven years ago as assistant pastor. He is visitation director, missions coordinator, and directs the senior adult ministry. |

Ron Presley, Assistant Pastor Brother Presley has been in the ministry for forty-six years and pastored until coming to Temple nine years ago. He serves as assistant to the pastor and director of the Sunday school. During these nine years the Sunday school enrollment has increased from 200 to over 1000 and the attendance averages over 400 per Sunday. |

Mark Pollard, Adult Ministries Brother Pollard has been in the ministry for over twenty years having served in two churches prior to coming to Temple. He directs the adult ministries from College & Career up to age sixty. |

Chad Gamble, Youth Director Brother Gamble previously served as youth director in two other churches before coming to Temple one year ago. He is a graduate of Crown College and feels his calling is to work with young people. |

Brad Ramey, Children's Ministry Brother Brad Ramey has a Bachelors degree in theological studies. He has been involved in children's ministry for 12 years. Brad oversees all of our children's ministry from grades k5-5th grade including Turbo Town which is our new children's worship center. |

Keith Burgess, Minister of Music Brother Burgess has been involved in church music ministry for most of his life and has served as Minister of Music at three previous churches spanning the past 28 years. Brother Burgess directs the Adult Choir and congregational music for Temple Baptist Church, and also sings in the Temple Quartet and Melody Trio. |
