Temple Christian Academy

Temple Christian Academy was established in 2003 under the direction of Dr. G. Larry Pearson. TCA started with a kindergarten program and added a first grade the following year. The student body has grown from 17 in 2004 with K5 and 1st Grade, to an expectation of 80-85 students for 2007-08 as we enter our fourth year. God has blessed us with tremendous growth in a few short years. TCA is currently enrolling students from Kindergarten to the 6th Grade. We offer music, art and physical education in our regular curriculum and a 3-season sports program including soccer, basketball, t-ball, coaches-pitch baseball, and cheerleading. We also offer optional Karate and Gymnastics classes during the after-school hours. We are looking forward to what God has in store for our school and anticipate His blessings.

Purpose

Temple Christian Academy exists to challenge and motivate each student to pursue excellence spiritually, academically, socially and physically. As each student grows in knowledge and understanding which is anchored in scriptural principles, he/she will develop integrity and Christian character. As a result, each student will be able to discern and apply truth, develop a worldview consistent with biblical absolutes and be equipped to positively impact the culture in which he/she lives.

Our Vision

  • Temple Christian Academy will add at least one grade level per year until we have completed a full Kindergarten through 12th Grade program.
  • Temple Christian Academy will obtain or construct a separate school facility with adequate space and technological resources.
  • Temple Christian Academy will provide a Christ-centered education of high academic quality for our students and those of the surrounding communities.
