Teens



Elevation Student Ministries is a youth ministry of Temple Baptist Church. The purpose of this ministry is to take teens to the next level in their Christian lives. Our main desire is to ‘elevate’ the name of Christ. Our society is constantly tearing down what God has established. We desire to stand fast in these days and raise our flag to new heights! Our youth ministry is comprised of many things but we place a high premium on Bible preaching and discipleship. We have a very balanced platform of activities as well as biblical instruction. In recent days we have been preaching on various issues pertaining directly to teen culture and taking the next step in our Christian lives. In the coming days we will be preaching and teaching on subjects as the 'Tribulation', 'Purity in a Perverse Society', 'Freedom isn't Free', and other inquiring messages for teens.

Update:
In September we moved into our new Teen Center. The church purchased a 1800 sq. foot building a few years back and used it as a storage area for the church. The teens were given the opportunity to transform it into a place they could call "home". The Lord provided in a huge way and we witnessed God give us the desires of our heart. In the past two months we have watched as God has already used this building to create excitement and we have seen our numbers increase greatly. More importantly we have seen 17 teen come to know Christ. Praise the LORD!!
